Dew Drop In - 8 Pix
Posted By: Tamia, 11-13-2010, 06:52 AM

Sorry, I couldn't resist that title. Last week was very rainy here, and I love shooting in the rain. The landscape was saturated, and droplets of water were everywhere. Here are a few of the many shots I took...

Shades of Gray

After Cutting

An Infinity of Drops

Mullien

Silvery Grass

Tiny World

Twinned

Pine Droplets

Thanks much, guys. YES, go out and shoot in the rain, or just afterwards. An umbrella helps. E-bar, I wondered about the lighter colored branch in that photo (#2) also, and considered cloning it out, but left it to see what I thought of it. This was photographed right after left a lot of debris from cutting back the edge of a road. I thought that the haphazard appearance might be fitting, then.

First image does it for me, the texture and minimal composition I think.

Thanks much for your comments, Dave, Jim, JMR, and Jamonation. Pete, yours turned out very well indeed! And yeah, I've got a sense of humor. I'll take the blame, gladly!
