I took this picture of a bird on the balcony on my appt. I kept the shutter speed as high as possible, as the bird sat there just for a fraction of a sec before picking up a peanut and flying away. But I had lots of peanuts ... so i got a lot of pictures! I touched the picture a little bit. I increased the color temperature and applied some sharpening.

Looks like a fine capture, but you need to pop the shadows to brighten the overall image here!

Thanks for the comments. I used the "fill light" .. increased it to +25.
