Awww!! Love this shot Karen. Course I am partial to these dogs, having owned several in my lifetime. Baby, Buttons, Timothy, and Little Bits (aka Momma's little bit of sunshine).

Thanks! It's not my kind of dog, but when I somewhere see a dog, I have to take a picture of it.

Really? Did I take a picture of you by accident?

I bet they were kicked out of that store very quick.
But a dog can always try, can't he?

Nope they got a couple of sausages,
I saw them later doing the same trick at another butcher but my hands were full so didn't get a second shot
Europeans sure love their dogs (as I'm sure you are aware) and are much more forgiving on where they go (I've been to many restaurants that have the restaurant dog over the years when traveling (particularly in Paris)

Well, some do and some don't. The people in Holland, where I come from, treat their dogs different from the people in Italy, where I live now. Personally I think a dog doesn't belong in a store like the butcher's, grocery's or bakery or in a restaurant. I don't think it's very hygienic, just like I don't want my dog sleeping in my bed. But this goes way OT.
Liked your shot, btw.
