I used the Lite (free) version of SNS-HDR to process these shots. Three shots each.

Dawn (HDR with a bit of Topaz Adjust mixed in) 200 ISO

Dusk (HDR only) 800 ISO

I like the colors of the dusk shot. I'll have to check out that software too.
