My wife and I spent the past few days in Gatlinburg, TN and here are a few shots from that trip.

Unfortunately, my trip planning left a bit to be desired and we were there about two week before the fall foilage comes in.

So, here goes


From the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC

Been to all of those places, love that park. You captured them beautifully!

Unfortunately, Eastern Tennesse and Western North Carolina, including the park, are in the throes of a terrible drought.. So there wasn't a lot of water in the streams


Laurel Falls, after a 1.2 mile hike and a 300' elevation rise




Fall foilage, such as there was.



Finally, Grotto Falls after another 1.2 mile hike but with a 500' elevation rise.
