Safe in Dad's arms
Lens: Voigtlander Nokton Camera: K7 ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/90s Aperture: F5.6

Did a Christmas/family shoot. This was one of my favs that I did for them. A bit of shadow on the face. Which I'd brought a reflector, but I think it turned out alright, anyways.

That's a good one. They will love it. The shadow does not bother me at all.

I used a stobe with a fairly large snoot. The son, was on a black couch, and the father was behind it. There were a few hot spots in the couch that I burned using the adjustment brush.

Another from this portion of the set:

What a great shot, I think the parents must be very pleased with it.
And thanks for sharing your setup.

Thanks! They were thrilled with it.

EXIF is in tact. I used a 175w/s strobe at about 50% power about 3 ft from the subject at 0 degrees. I shot from a 45 degree angle.

In hind sight, I think a reflector would brighten the face, but it would also brighten the shadows that make the picture what it is. I'm actually happy I didn't have one on hand.
