I stayed home today (a pretty rare occurrence on weekends), so I decided to test my new Sigma 70-300 Apo. What better way to test out a new lens than playing with the dog?

I was actually surprised on how well the lens handled auto focus on such a fast moving object. It sure was hard to follow her at 300mm when she was running full tilt, it gives me a real appreciation for "action" shooters. Most of these aren't much good, but I thought they told a good story, so I'll include them anyway. Might try some manual focus or "catch in focus" later.
