Here are a few photos taken today around Montreux on border of Lake Geneva. I wanted to get out and capture some fall colors, but it seems still a bit too early, at least at lower altitudes.

All photos taken with K10D and DA*16-50

Beautiful pictures! My best friend is there right now, on his way back home from a week in Italy. Now I kinda wish I went with him.....

They are all very good. Nice job of getting a good exposure of both the castle and sky in the first shot. Love the stream, well taken. I might have removed the stick across the water for the shot but that's just my opinion. The one that jumped out was the flower shot. The vibrant yellow against the water is great. Just a thought, crop out the purple/pink flower in the lower left and see what you think.

Keep the pics coming. Looks like a beautiful area I'd like to see more of!

Beautiful shots, that 3rd one is really excellent it grabbed my attention right away.
