Trying out the K-5, two YN-560 flashes and El-Cheapo radio triggers myself :-)

You did a nice job balancing the flashes. I'm sure you will cherrish these family pictures (especially the little guy) for many years to come.

You did not use flash but you should have. That would reduce the ISO and give a better quality photo. Also watch out for the backgrounds. Try to arrange the shots without any clutter.

He stated that he used two flashes and you can see catch lights in the eyes on the second photo. I think both flashes fired at the same strenght so the lighting didn't create hardly any shadows.
