Winter at the bird feeder
Lens: DA55-300 Camera: K5d

A few photos taken at the bird feeders at my country house during the Xmas break.

All photos taken with the K5d and DA55-300 in TAv mode.







And of course this beggar was raiding the bird feeders!

That first one is a stunner and the Rosebreasted Nuthatch is nice too. Well done.

Lovely shots indeed ! #1 is wonderful but I would certainly PP out the metal bar on the left, Clone or Repair should do it very nicely.

Love these photos. The portrait of the redpoll is particularly beautiful, but I also love the expression on the red squirrel.

Thanks everyone!

I thought of cloning the bar out of #1, but other than cropping those pics are unedited (as you can see from the severe purple fringing on the bottom left of the last pic).

I'll probably work on fixing those small problems when I have some time.
