I trust that everyone is looking forward to the New Year that is almost upon us.
Take a moment to remember those who will never see another year and who gave their lives so that we may enjoy what we cherish and hold dear to us.
Usually the small flags are displayed on the veteran's graves but they were removed for the winter.The flags make for nice photos but without them I still attempted to convey a heathfelt thanks and appreciation for our fallen who are resting eternally and are tucked in by Natures blanket. For snow to appear white it must be overexposed by 2 stops.

Try converting to B & W. See if you like it better..

The first picture I used the "illustrate filter" in the k20d. I liked it better than the original because it really broght out the nanes on the headstones--charliezap
