That's really lovely. A shot that could be found in coffee table book or art gallery.

How did you do it (since you said it was 'created') ?

Very nice, and somehow unique with the water ripples at the free-surface.

Well done.

First I took a photo I had done of a Bee approaching some flowers. The photo wasn't sharp enough in it's original form so i imported it into Photoshop and ran it through noise filters etc to improve it. I then decided to select the Redfield plugins and selected Craquelture and then Ripple and applied that process where you see the end result.

The Redfield plugins for Photoshop are free and worth having them installed.

If you right click the photo it should give you the option to view exif data.

* Lens F-Number / F-Stop = 110/10 ===> ƒ/11
* ISO Speed Ratings = 400
* Original Date/Time = 2011:01:01 23:36:38
* Shutter Speed Value (APEX) = 7491853/1000000
Shutter Speed (Exposure Time) = 1/180 second
* Aperture Value (APEX) = 6918863/1000000
Aperture = ƒ/11
* Flash = Flash fired, compulsory flash mode
* Focal Length = 10500/100 mm ===> 105 mm

Ha ha - no sorry EM I meant Aperture 3 for the Mac (the software I use in stead of LR3 or PS). This guy has some great plug-ins - but not for Aperture 3.

Maybe a google search might pull up something, there certainly are a lot of free plugin sites out there. Let's hope you find something.
