Any comments and tips on improving?



Setup:
AF240Z on P mode to the left of the camera @135mm zoom and shot through softener, and AF280T on camera bounced right and up on L mode
77ltd @f1.8, K10D ISO100

Can't fault it Peter.
Beautiful (and congrats to the Mrs for passing halfway).

For a different result (not has high-key as this one), I'd create more lighting separation between the white gown and the background, but as it is, this image is great (love the B&W conversion) - one for the family chronicles.

Very nice shot Peter! Top right corner perhaps a tiny bit bright, but it's a minor niggle really.

I like this image but also would think other lighting with more contrast would also be good.

Now,

The B&W works very well here. Her expression and positioning draws me into her emotions.

this might also be nice to see as a soft focus shot..... sort of that dreamy approach...

kryss - your version flattened the contrast and clarity - two of the key aspects that make this high-key portrait work so well.

That, of course, is all personal taste, though.
