Hahah nice capture, and cute! It'd be pretty lovely to be asleep right now too.

Your Title scared me there, Bob. Thought it may be a goose while sleeping. Would wake one up!

I really like this one Bob. You captured the texture in the feathers. Nice.

I like it - and I always say, "let sleeping geese lie".

Too funny Bob. I often wondered how they slept. JIM

thanks to all for the funny lines and comments. These geese are just plain nasty at this campground, I found a good use for my tele lens, to take photos at distance and use it as a club in an emergency. Bob

This image has me imagining how she would feel to touch (but I know I'd get my finger bit off!). The feathers look so soft, you have done an amazing job with the the textures !! I love the bright white contrasted against the dull sand. Was this after the rain too? I can see goose prints in the sand, one quite clearly and it looks like there might be some moisture in it? I love your campside pictures!

Geese are just plain nasty, campground or not. I've watched them attack dogs swimming in the lake a couple of times, not a pretty site (fortunately no dogs lost yet)
Swans are evil buggers too. they are beautiful animals though, just not the nice friendly animal they look like they might be .... damn Disney for confusing us
