Hello, it's been one month since I got my K-r and I wanted to show a few samples of what I'm using it for. Let me say I'm happy with it!

FA 77mm, F/1.8

FA 77m, F/1.8, 6sec at ISO800. Orion constellation close-up.

FA 77mm, F/2.8, 1/50sec

DA 18-55, F/8, HDR done in photomatix

FA 77mm, F/2.5, 1/320sec

Love that shot of orion. Quite a bit of detail in m42 in just a few seconds. CAs on the bright stars somehow's distracting and charming at the time. Very cool. Where did you shoot this one?

Thank you all for the comments, my son can be a pretty good subject when he wants to...

Regarding the orion shot, the 77 is known for CA but since I boosted the saturation in photoshop, I'm not sure if that's what we're seeing.. probably a bit of both. I need to look at the original.
I shot it in my front yard, in central florida.
