Handheld - at the EAA Museum in Oshkosh

I took these during a short visit to the EAA Museum in Oshkosh. SR is a very nice feature!

If only it was evident what the subjects of the photos are.

now you've got me guessing norbert... looks like the 1st shot is a p-51 ?? looks like a 12 cylinder merlin... but those nose guns have got me baffled .... dave m

Nice detail shots, Norbert - I find it especially tough getting decent images in air museums for some reason (maybe because they have to be so large, abundant lighting isn't practical?). Anyway, nice job.

You are right about the p-51, Dave. I'm not sure about the 2nd one myself. Appreciate your comment.

My husband loves to drag me to aircraft museums whenever he can and I spend hours doing just what you have done, pick isolated bits to capture. I find it interesting and about the best you can do with the lighting situation in those places.
So, for what it is worth, I like them.
