finding snow

Here are some pictures I took this weekend on our excursion to find snow.....

The moutains in the background have a small dusting of snow, which makes them light grey..

A hidden Path I found..

A hint of snow..

Arrrrggghhhh!!! Not snow ALREADY!!!!!!

I like the dusting of snow on the evergreens... very pretty!

Well you know it is getting close the middle of Oct.??? We usually have snow by then in the mountains around here.. although it has been a few years since we have had the luxury...

I also enjoyed the contrast between the green and white of the evergreens and snow.. I just wish I could of captured the color better...

perhaps when I get my DSLR it will keep the color quality better then my film and developer..
