I think I have several prints from my much younger days that I took with my old spottie of the last two views. I grew up in Seattle and went to Hurricane ridge several times throughout my life. Thanks for the memories. Beautiful images.

We spent a month on the peninsula and a week in Sequim. It is a beautiful, multi-landscape area that you captured well. Good memories that you brought back. thanks Bob
This is a very cruel area during the winter, very nasty winds and cold.

Slowpez, beautiful shots... Bob, here are the current conditions We've got H.R. on our list of day trips to take (we're now living in Gig Harbor on the Peninsula, not in Nebraska, and my SoCal spousal unit wants to see some of the pretty spots around the area...). Not sure if we'll get up there in the winter or not.

Jim

Nice shots! Back in the late 90's my older son worked for NOAA near Forks, WA for about 8 months and he and I visited H.R. a couple of times. I worked for the Navy at the time and spent a lot of time in WA.

Thank you Jim, Tom and Tess. I appreciate the comments. Tom, we stayed in Forks while in WA. Couldn't understand why all the teenage girls were visiting the tiny town until someone told us about the movie Twilight being filmed there. We old folks had never heard of Twilight.
