Originally a test shot, but it came out nicely

Pentax *ist DS2 [didn't want to bother with putting the M42 adapter on my K10D]
SMC Takumar 135mm, F5.6, 1/125s, ISO 200

The detail is good, warm colors of the sunset add quite a bit to the shot. I like the compo too. Did you have a vertical of this one?

Hi Adam. Nice shot with warm colour. It seems that SMC Takumar 135mm is a great lens, several posts in a row had this lens used as a means to great captures of photos.

Everytime I went through the internet sites talking about M42 adaptors and all the work involving manual focusing plus exposure control to take just one photograph just scared me. (I had to admit though that doing all these can be kind of fun... Am I contradicting myself?)

Very nice! I like the detail in the fans and the colors. Wish my 'test' shots were this cool!
