Some pretty disappointing shots from the Philadelphia Museum of Art today. Very low light conditions - I used my 50mm 1.4 for all of these shots, and flashes are forbidden in the building. I have a gig in a few days that will have similar lighting conditions-I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong! (Though I will be able to use a flash).

We got outside just in time for poor mid-day sun. The best of the dozen shots I took of the Ben Franklin Parkway from the steps of the museum

There not all that bad - certainly recoverable with a bit of PP.

A few adjustments in Photoshop CS2 will render more realistic colour and better levels of contrast.
