Happy Valentine's Day
Lens: DA 18-135 DC Camera: Pentax K20D

Norman and I went crazy one day and did a series of self-portraits. We used mirrors and ambient light from the front window. I would like to post a few in the spirit of Valentines Day, but as some are not "Work Safe" Norman is afraid people won't talk to him anymore. ... soooo... here is a "safe" one, for now.

Happy Valentines Day!

Thank you Susan... we had a lot of fun working with the sunlight coming in thru the window. I hope you had a lovely Valentines day too.

the composition suggests a possesive gesture - all caring hearts are possesive, somehow? just my instinctive impression when i first laid my eyes on the picture.

I showed this to Mrs Rupert to see if she was interested in making a Valentines shot like yours......She said sure, if I could get a stand-in to take my place. Sort of hurt my feelings....but not too much! My Squirrels call me the "Big Ugly" and they are pretty honest....all but Otis, and I can't tell you what he calls me here.
Regards!
