His shirt looks pretty blown out to me too, but I'm on my non-calibrated netbook...so take this comment with a grain of salt on my end.

This is beautifully done - you certainly have a touch for assertive portraits. The conversion is first rate, although I agree with Scott about the T-shirt (perhaps you could scale it back a notch?).

Ah thanks for the input guys

Didnt realize it, worse, i always forget my laptop is brighter than most; I need to start working on a real monitor.

Now that you all mentioned it; it bothers me too. Hahaha...I will have to look at the PP file...I hope I didnt bury it too deep in layers....
