Nice image of the blossom and great color!

The contrasts seem a bit extreme. Assuming you were using natural daylight, could you have placed a sheer diffuser between the light and the subject?

Not sure if the star effect helps or hurts this shot. The water drops themselves are a nice touch.

I think the natural aspect is good. Great shot. Post another with out the star effects

nothing to complain concerning the rose... but I would vote against the star effect.
