on the waterfront...

...... among some very expensive homes... sits this modest home with an enviable location... just don't wander out the back door in the middle of the night...

I would of loved to have a home like that on the water, could of made the kids "walk the plank".

Indeed location is what is all about. I love Bob's idea of the walk the plank threat ! Coulda used that threat in some of the kids early teen years

what a wonderful little house. BW shot just stands out. Just think of those nice ocean breezes flowing through (in summertime only), now that is the life
