i do NOT understand modern art..
Lens: sigma macro 24-70mm f2.8 Camera: k-x Photo Location: providence ri

somehow this doesn't 'speak' to me
but i liked the contrast between this modern art and the look thru to the older building in the center of this metal donut with teeth.....

I think it has a great look. I liked what Scott said about art on my thread:

Outstanding, my friend. This shot made me smile - what a contrast between one kind of subject "superimposed" on another. You yankees are pretty clever.

Oh, nice pic! Perhaps that contrast between old & new is exactly why the donut was placed there?

I love the technic how you shot the picture a lot! Contrast and details - like a graphic.

I would be interested in the aperture - and what you have adjusted in pp - if you want to tell... thank you!

.... shot at f8, 39mm, iso 400... i 'diddled' with the pic in picknik, part of flickr... (i did opt for the premium version, cheap enuff, and easy enuff for me to quickly pp the pic)... thanks ! dave m

I like the old vs new in this photo. As for the doughnut it looks to to to tough to eat
