Portrait of a Pal
Lens: Sigma 17-70 HSM OS Camera: K20D Photo Location: Texas ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F6.7

My old Pal, a regular at my home base Flickr Site, was recently given the boot here for his involvement in the "K5 Wars". He is a veteran from the killing fields at DPR, as am I, but he is not a bad guy at all, just "different". I am hopeful that Otis might somehow convince the "Powers That Be" to give my old Pal another chance somewhere down the line.....after all, he did just purchase a new K5 immediately after the Firmware update.

Anyhow, I thought that if everyone got a nice look at Mr Don, they could see what kind of guy he really is. Being an old Pal, he will surely appreciate my efforts to improve his image on PF.......

As you can see, he takes a firm stance, has a slight crack in his personality, but has a solid build. Nice smile too!

Here he is in position to butt heads if necessary.....which is his favorite pastime.

Anyhow, keep him in your thoughts, he is now all alone in the world, except for his old buddy Rupert..........can you just imagine his pain?
Best Regards!

Bob, he is a handsome devil isn't he!

Dave, when I was booted ruthlessly from DPR, with no reason ever given and no offensive post ever shown, it was Mr Don that led over 150 of my friends in outrage. It eventually got him booted too. We both ended up at the Flickr Site and have been there ever since. We batter each other almost daily, some think we are bitter enemies, but that is no where near the truth. He has been, and is, a trusted and loyal friend.....a little cantankerous, a little different, a little too outspoken at times, but a good and loyal friend....and superb shooter. We do what we do best together....have fun!

Best Regards!
