A few Bugs
Lens: 55mm Super Tak + 18-55 kit lens Camera: kx ISO: 400
Posted By: camo, 03-13-2011, 01:36 AM

I attached my 55mm super tak screw mount to my k-x and then taped my 18-55 lens to that (backwards). Focus is very difficult when the subject is moving and the DOF soooo tiny. Only got a few semi decent ones.

There are some close up shots of some scary looking creatures.

These are really well done. Exposure, composition are all great.
If it were me, I would stop down the aperture, as the depth of field is just too shallow for me here.
My favorite is the last one.

Thanks

Yea I will have a go using it the other way around. Thus making it easy to control aperture and use the auto focus to some extent. However it will only be 1:1. The above are magnified beyond 1:1 I believe.
