The exposure on this is exquisite with very nice lighting. The focus needs some work though as the center of the blossom and the front petal are both soft. You really needed more depth of field.

Then you should get another yellow rose and a water sprayer (mister) and set it up. What else are you going to do on a rainy day (well there are other options but working a studio set up is one of them).
