Wassup folks. Went Urbexing to RAF Upwood again last week. Finally got a selection.

great smorgasbord of shots..... the color rendition is beautiful, crisp definition to boot.... still hoping to make it over there someday, would be my dream come true to see a b.o.b..anniversary... dave m

What was that place...an airfield?...when was it last operational, & does it have any WW11 history?

It was last operational in 1995 IRRC. It's been an RAF base since about 1917 though.

I went again today for another shoot. You can't do it all in one day

I'll post more pics soon. cheers folks

Yeah the runways are there, or rather sort of were there. Most of them have been ploughed over into farmland now but one still exists. The large hangers were bought up and are in commercial use.

Check it out here on Google maps ....

What a great set ! Wonderful vision and imagination and superbly executed. I really enjoyed these - glad I clicked on this thread. Can't pick a winner but #1,2,7 & 12 stand out for me.
