HELP!

I've been asked to hang some pieces in an upcoming show and I'd like some feedback before I decide.

I like the first and third shots. Probably the third is my favorite with the water looking so clear.

I like them all, but 1st and 3rd are my favourites. I really like the unusual format of the first. Makes a change!
The two lilies almost look alien - perhaps a little scarier than I'm comfortable with! They remind me of Audrey in "Little Shop of Horrors!!"

Pat,

I have to agree with both Tim and Mandi on #1 and 3.

However #3 is a little more artistic, which so many people don't like seeing when they look at photography.

As a result #1 is my first choice for a show.

Hi Pat.
Everyone has their own choice for reasons of their own. I have mine too. You state this is for a showing. You have to ask your self if the show is for the everyday type person which I would hope it is, so I would choose number one as my first choice and then I would also submit number three. I do like the #3 shot the best. If it is for the Artsy side then I would choose number two.
Your shots are really good and the choices are very hard.

I'd agreed with Photo Tramp's comments as well as the others. He makes a good point to look at what will appeal to the type of show these are going to be in. All are good and I like the crop of 3 which should be interesting to get printed.

I like the ripples in the water in nr3, its a good image, but I would have liked to see more spotlight on the leaf, right now to my eyes it becomes a bit diffuse and confusing because of the ripples, the leaf is not sharp or bright eanough for it to clearly lock my eyes on it.

With that being said I would go for nr 1 as well, as long as they dont have any image format limitations of course.
