I wonder if this one will ever be lucky enough to have the same fortune.
Top images, Pickles.
Thanks, Martin! Maybe I should try to find the owner and make an offer on that Ford
. In fact, I was wondering then if this one could be restored. It's in bad shape, but the body metal is in remarkably good condition. Newer vehicles don't fare nearly as well and rot out very quickly.

Boy you have that right. I'm going to try and spend more time there next week. And I always carry spare batteries!

Are all of the images HDR?
Shooting old auto can be fun, but I found out that they can be home to snakes, and not the fun, we love you and want to be your friend, kind of snake.
No HDR in any of them. I just adjusted curves, contrast, saturation, and levels. The Sigma 10-20 is a great lens for this kind of photography. I was very conscious of the hazards, but was more concerned about stepping into a hidden hole (grasses had fallen over hollows) than snakes or wasps, since it was around the freezing temperature. I'd like to have had enough courage to step into some of those cars to shoot from the inside out.
