For Otis and Rupert
Posted By: slowpez, 04-03-2011, 09:19 AM

Found these in my archives and decided to send them along. Note the ears on the last two, one was from Florida and the other found at Lassen Volcanic NP, clear across the country. Not sure if they are related or if the squirrel just gets around.

Otis thanks you...me too! Great shots! Those ears have seen a few "Squirrel scraps", no doubt about it!

That second one reminds Otis of the little Ginger Squirrel that turned him down and broke his little heart....said she was too good for him. He recovered, and now leads the world's largest Squirrel Army, while Ginger is hooked up with a lowly "Worker Squirrel"........she should have had better sense, what Squirrel in their right mind wouldn't want to be hooked up with a Squirrel like Otis? Anyhow, that's how Otis sees it.....
Best Regards & Thanks again....eventually this will be an "All Squirrel Forum".......that is also what "Otis Says"!

I think I have depleted my squirrel pictures for now so maybe we could try pigeons or seagulls. Seagulls do seem very popular and they tend to cooperate for photographers. Think about it Rupert.

Otis asks if you are kidding? Birds over Handsome Squirrels? No way would Otis go for anything like that...it is almost sacrilegious. I won't even tell Otis you mentioned it......Squirrels are plenty cooperative, you just have to feed them...and feed them....and feed them........
Best Regards!
