superb series... love the play with perspective, as well as your artistic creativity... the subject is a favorite of mine... old airfields, especially raf... was this an airfield during ww2?

I think I missed this series because I was expecting airplanes and I'm not too fond of airplanes. So glad I had a look. These are wonderful. Like everyone of them but especially the first four and #6 and 10.

Thanks peeps

. yes it was a WW2 airfield. It actually started as an RAF base in WW1, and became under control of the American Airforce from 1981 to 1994.

I went back again today, so more pics coming soon.

TOP TOP shots....would it be possible to say, underneath each image, what the particular building, or image, shows...ie, if there is a building,..what is it, or "was" it?!

I'll try in future but a i can't remember which building each of those were taken in.
