Well since the theme for the contest this week is Bridges.. I guess you could say I went Bridge happy on Saturday.. here are some of the shots... (5 Shots)

ISO 1600, f/19.0, 55 mm, 1/500 Landscape

ISO 200, f/8.0, 40 MM, 1/250, Landscape....

ISO 200, f/9.5, 55 MM, 1/180, Landscape....

ISO 200, f/5.6, 50 MM, 1/180, Landscape....

Get out of the scene modes! The EXIF for the first shot (I'm guessing you used the "Landscape Scene" mode ?) is ISO 1600, f/19.0, 55 mm, 1/500 Landscape.
I really don't think you needed THAT small of an aperture. There is NO reason to use ISO1600 on a bright sunny day. If you really did need f/19, you probably would have been fine going to ISO800, 1/250s.

Besides that nitpick, the first shot is pretty good. Keep on keepin' on!

I like your composition... particularly the second shot which leads my eye from the corner right into the picture. Well done.
