I'd have to use a much, much lower desktop res to get that to fill my screen, but I think it looks great nevertheless. The leaves in front of the moon have a great halo effect. Very spooky, I think.

Thanks. The halo came as a surprise to me, and I really like it. Anyone else, positive or negative?

I would crop a little to reduce some of the extra black space.

I like it and agree with SpecialK on the cropping both ways vertical and horizontal

Thanks for the comments. I struggled with the crop size (the original shot had much more black background) and didn't want to overcrop. The pic you see in my first post has a 7x5 ratio. Here's a slightly tighter crop, freehand:

Not much difference, but some. Does this produce a more dramatic effect?
