Mahon Pool Sunrise + Some Birds · **1 Like**

I've been lazy and hadn't done much sunrise shooting lately, but i decided to rock up at a little place called Mahon pool yesterday morning with my K-5 and Sigma 17-50/2.8 OS HSM and see what I could get.

Later on in the morning, I saw some birds flying around and then fired off a few shots as well, this time with the Sigma 70-200/2.8 HSM II:

Gorgeous sunrise photos. The third is my favorite. I love the lighting, the composition, and the movement of the water.

Another vote for the third one. Beautiful stuff but the wave configuration and more subtle colors make that third one a standout.
