We have three pairs of Cardinals in our yard, and they're all very skittish when I've got the camera in my hands. This one finally posed for me, and I got a couple of quick shots before he bolted.

These were both shot with my Tamron 180mm f2.5 + SP 1.4x TC. I love that lens. ( you can click through to see them larger on flickr if you'd like, or use the decluttr links)

Yeah, "Crest Up" is so really good, man. Some good captures here.
