Graphic Novel Effects

Its been cold and rainy in the Chicago suburbs and cabin fever hit. The rain finally quit and on an overcast day i walked off to starbucks with my infrared converted point n shoot to see what was out n about. After looking over the images, i decided they needed a new look. Being a cartoon fanatic and graphic novel fan, i came up with these:

Pretty neat! If you want to try something else, Match the Curves with whatever the histogram looks like.

my PnS gives images in red even with a custom white balance selection, so adjustment in CS5 with channel mixer and then curves is required (will look into the histogram matching). i also use artizen hdr to chrome the images for higher contrast and topaz clean to get them crisper. i think the # of "wild" post processors on this forum is small.
