I finally got one a little closer...about 25-30 feet away, with some detail.

Let me add this Squirrel....they are demanding "equal viewing", and I sure don't want to get crossways with them.....

Thanks! I'm sort of surprised no one else liked the Cardinal, I sort of like it myself? I just figured everyone was too busy looking at my Naked Squirrels!

Best Regards!

Thanks Heinrich, I liked the Squirrel too! If you haven't noticed, I am kind of partial to Squirrels!

Photolady, thanks, I know how hard they are to shoot and maintain detail. Everything has to be just right, including distance and light or the red runs together. I have some fantastic poses but just couldn't get any detail in many of them. We just keep shooting and sooner or later we nail one!

Best Regards!

Great shot of a cardinal - I've been trying to get a good pic of one all spring, with little success. Maybe Otis has yours trained.

Also, Otis' coastal cousin, Capn Queeg, sends his regards.

Jer

Fine looking cousin you shot there Jer......Otis sends his thanks! While viewing this, Otis repeated that he envisions a time when PF will be all about Squirrels...and nothing else. You helped just a little, and if everyone will chip in a few Squirrels, this place will be a Squirrel Paradise in no time at all.
Best Regards!
