Windflower or Wood Anemone is what I have known it as. A quick search into Wikipedia reveals the following:
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Anemone nemorosaAnemone nemorosa in flowerScientific classificationKingdom:PlantaeDivision:MagnoliophytaClass:MagnoliopsidaOrder:RanunculalesFamily:RanunculaceaeGenus:AnemoneSpecies:A. nemorosaBinomial nameAnemone nemorosa
L.
Anemone nemorosa is an early-spring flowering plant in the genus Anemone in the family Ranunculaceae. Common names include wood anemone, windflower, thimbleweed and smell fox, an allusion to the musky smell of the leaves. It is a perennial herbaceous plant, growing in early spring from 5 to 15 cm tall.

Windflower, that is a really romantic name! The white one in the photo is called 'vitsippa' in swedish and we also have a blue one with the obvious name 'blåsippa'. White=vit, yellow=gul and blue=blå. Thanks for the answer!
