Got a chance to finally use the macro lens today, and got this Silver leaf Night Shade out by Texas Legato Winery. CC always welcome!

Love the details seen here. Amazing what the K-x & Tamron 90 can do.

I do think the flash is bit overpowering, however; especially in the 1st image the color is a bit flatter than it might have been otherwise.

I agree, it was cloudy, and I also used a bit of "clarify" from software on it. But that is why I have CC welcome! I have been nothing but happy with the Kx, but it looks like I will be ordering a K5 this week. So I am really excited about trying that camera on macros!
