Having sold my 18-250, I have purchased a DFA 100mm macro.
Now the learning begins, and fun in doing so.

Not too shabby for first or even second attempts. The DFA100 is one killer lens in my opinion. You should get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Did you get the WR or the non WR version?

Today was my first day out with my new macro lens also -

Your first photos look good - isn't it fun learning the new lens?
