Fantastic shots, as usual. Love, love, love that little Kingfisher. What a perfect shot!

Otis sure wants one of those around here......he has upped his offer to a whole crate of Squirrels for just one of those neat little birdies. Said he would build a house for him and feed him anything he desired.

Best Regards!

LOL, when you said Japanese Garden I had visions of Buddha statues, zen symbols done in rock and arched bridges over well landscaped ponds. So what do we get? Birds... Not that they aren't stunning, but where's the rest of it? Can we see a bit more of the garden itself, please? I like Japanese gardens actually. Did you actually take any pics of the garden or just the animals in it? I'll bet it was nice to be in.

Beautiful collection - did you also use that 500mm lens for the last two?

As I look at these I can see why the kingfisher made it into the PEG. What I don't understand is why the rest of them didn't. Beautiful as usual. The simple bud in #8 is really outstanding.

I'm sorry magkelly, I only take pics of birds there, I should have named the thread title as "Nature shots of...."

Thanks Susan again for liking these birdie shots.
Personally I also like these but didn't make it to PEG, guess I submitted too many at a time.
