Cityscape Los Angeles tilt shift effect

Los Angeles tilt shift effect · 11:52 AM

Used the free app called TiltShift TiltShift Generator - Art&Mobile on this shot from roof of a parking lot in LA.
Probably would have been better at midday as the long shadows don't work for this effect I think.
