Picture to Qwilt
Lens: 12-24 Camera: k20 Photo Location: Montana ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/2s Aperture: F22

About six months ago a sold a picture to a friend of my sisters. She told me she was going to make a qwilt from the image. Here is the, almost, finished Qwilt. She has 160 hours so far. Kind of cool to see my image shared into a different medium. JIM

Wow buddy - I just logged on and this is the first thing I see. Pretty amazing and mighty impressive - in photographic or quilted form.

Hi Jim, it's good to see ones work appreciated and transformed into a different art form. It's a very nice image and a good looking quilt.

Nice one, I will be showing this to my wife when I get back home she will like that quilt. I turned one of our wedding photos into a massive cross stitch for her, maybe the next project will be a quilt, who knows.

You do live in a nice scenic area mate and I do enjoy your photos a lot.

The great thing about it I was paid 45.00 bucks for the print and she will mention my name on the back on the qwilt. JIM

Great photo Jim.
That gal does some amazing quilt work. If she is selling it you ought to purhcase it so you have your photo duplicated.

Great idea. I am sure it will cost me a little more then the 40.00 dollars I charged for the image. I know she is gong to show it locally, along with my image. Will try to get out to get a photo of the finished work. She tells me she has at least 40 hours to go. JIM
