This photo is a raw, documentary style on the fly. Post production ruins the effect. The lines/imperfections/etc are essential to these types of shots. You also can't exactly ask someone you quickly approach on the street for a portrait, to put on makeup or blot the sweat off their forehead.

The photo is best as is. If the reflection was there, then what's the negative thing if the photo captures it...
