Heinrich, these are spectacular - especially when I expand them with a click. Just a wonderful job. Does that last pic show your camping/travel set up? Sure looks like a neat rig.

Beautiful series of photos, glad you showed the cg site, we read about it and could not see how they were setup. Did you go up to the Ice Fields on this trip? Bob

Thank you Jer and yes that is our outfit, it's small but keeps us warm or cool and well slept.

Take care,

Hi Bob and thank you. The campgrounds are huge but all are set up sort of the same way along the roads, the full hook up sites are in a more wooded area. We did not not go up to the Ice Fields on this trip, we have that planned for late August-early September. We'll take week than and include the Jasper area.

Take care.

Thank you, we could easily spend the whole summer in the Rockies.

Take care.

Heinrich, we are planning on stopping at Banff on our way back from Alaska. You have really made our mouths water in anticipation.

Beautiful. Looks like almost none of these were taken at "golden hours", is that right?

Thank you and you are right, no golden hour pictures in this set, all were taken after 9AM and before 7PM, a "little" gold is here:
