Been shooting the K-5 and FA77 a lot for the last few days, but I departed from that for a bit this afternoon. Hope no one minds a couple of Nikon pics here.

Thanks, man. This was a lightning-quick session, didn't really have time to think about lighting or lens choice. I used my softbox, rare for me, but I wanted lots of DOF for these.

The D3 shots were with the 35-70/2.8, which has been a great lens for me at f/4 or so, but seemed to break down a bit at f/9. While the DA15 raws were a bit mushy, they really stood up well to processing, and I think those shots win out over the Nikon ones this time. I put up a B/W version of that last shot at Flickr, and it's likely my favorite.
