My elderly Mom and her husband live on a farm in the Piney Woods of East Texas. They've sold all their cows and goats and are allowing neighbors to place their horses and a few cows on their land - the farm is dying down as they age - they only have chickens left for their fresh eggs. Whenever I visit them, along with visiting with family, I can't help but wander outside to see what I might find to take photos of. The possibilities are endless. I hope you enjoy this peak into rural East Texas.

Thanks so much for the kind words. It's a bit emotional for me because I know it won't be that long that they will have to leave the farm. They've both always been such vibrant people, but time is taking its toll.
