Nature Massacusetts tornado clouds

Massachusetts-deadly Wednesday killer tornado · 05:11 PM

Massachusetts is now in a state of emergency from the tornado that hit just hours ago and is still ongoing.The deadly weather(0ne fatality so far) was southwest of Saugus but the clouds-- the likes that I have never seen before were not far away.Two super cells hit Ma and the situation is very fluid at the moment and this will make the national news.Say a prayer---charliezap

Thanks Ash.Right now in Saugus Ma it's thunder--rain--and lightning and meso-rotation has been picked up on weather radar not too far from me.YIKES.--charliezap

Keep your head low, we have been through a couple, very scary. take care, looks like there are a couple of cells that might come close to you in an hour or so, hopefully they will blow out. Bob

The National Guard has been called out.So far 4 dead and over 30 injured.We don't get weather like this in Ma.The Worcester tornado in 1954 killed over 90 and it was at least an F4.--charliezap

If I wasn't on vacation this week, I would just be arriving in Springfield.

Finally at 10pm it's over.This is the biggest weather event in decades here in Ma.This will be on news everywhere.--charliezap

Hi Jim-The Saugus area escaped the fury of yesterday's chaos.A sky like that usually means bad business.---charliezap

These look like mammatus clouds. Best examples I have seen of these were taken in Nebraska 2004. http://www.nebraskaweatherphotos.org/june2004hastings-mammatus.html
